Can I use Roomcast without Matterpot account access?
Yes. Roomcast allow pulling data from public models but its limited comparing to
models downloaded
using Matterport account.
Is it safe to connect my Matterport account?
Roomcast went throught Matterport approval process to offer our clients option
to connect their
account. We dont offer any options that could damage data stored on your
account, or create
unexpected costs.
Is my models data accessible when my model is disabled or deleted?
Data downloaded to Roomcast remains on Roomcast even if model was disabled,
deleted or archived.
Can I archive/unarchive models models from Roomcast?
Currenly Matterport does not allow archiving/unarchiving models using 3rd party
software.
